Cancellation Policy
Arrival, Identification & Policy Notice Please arrive 10 minutes early. If you arrive 15 minutes late, entry will be denied and no refund will be issued. Nearby parking: La Puntilla, La Cochera, and Doña Fela. For walking directions, use SuperMax or Marshalls in Old San Juan. We are located in front of Plaza de Armas, at the corner of Calle de la Cruz and Calle San Francisco. We recommend bringing an umbrella for your walk. Identification Required You must present the physical debit/credit card used for purchase and a matching ID. You will also be required to sign a form confirming the last four digits of the card. If the purchaser is not present, they must be available via FaceTime for verification. Otherwise, we recommend purchasing a gift card instead from our shop: https://www.sanjuansipandpaint.com/shop Failure to verify identity will result in denied entry with no refund. Our staff cannot issue refunds onsite as they do not have access to this sensitive information. All visitors must sign a WAIVER The client can cancel their reservation 72 hours before the date of the event via email at paintandsippr@gmail.com. The credit card processing fee will be reduced from the original total. No Refund Policy Rescheduling Option All purchases are final and non-refundable if you Exception: Refunds will only be considered if a client is permanently relocating out of the country and provides valid airline documentation. Force Majeure: We are not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control (weather, power outages, emergencies, government orders, etc.). If a class is canceled, clients will receive: • A rescheduled date, or • Store credit valid for 30 days No refunds will be issued. (Client will be given 30 day to choose another date) All requests must be made via email: Paintandsippr@gmail.com. Our remote assistant will help you. Rescheduling: • Must be requested by email at least 4 hours before the class • One-time reschedule only • Subject to availability • Must be used within 30 days or is forfeited By booking, you agree to this policy.
